Tech-X Corporation is currently modeling plasma devices such as FRXL (magnetized target fusion of an FRC) and the dense plasma focus. The tools used to model these devices have been developed in house using finite volume or discontinuous Galerkin discretizations of the MHD equations or the Two-Fluid plasma model. This paper will present recent results including Two-Fluid FRC formation in FRXL relevant geometries and simulations of the dense plasma focus.
