On-site registration:

- Student/Retiree Fee = $295
- One-Day Fee = $295
Pre-registration must be received by Friday, May 1, 2009 to receive the lowest registration fee of $395.00.
After May 1, 2009 you must register on-site at the conference. Do not send a registration form for ICHED 2009 after May 1. You will not be registered for the conference.
On-site Registration and ICHED 2009 Welcome Reception will take place at the AT&T Conference Center, Interior Courtyard, on Monday, May 18 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The ICHED registration desk will re-open on Tuesday morning, May 19 at 8:00 a.m. outside Classroom 203, Second Level of the AT&T Conference Center. The Registration Desk hours will be posted at the conference.

Fill in the form and mail it, together with your registration fee check, made payable to “UT Austin”. Checks must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. The mailing address is on the form. No credit cards, purchase orders, or wire transfers will be accepted for ICHED registration.
• U.S. participants must mail a check with the pre-registration form postmarked May 1.
• Foreign participants must fax the pre-registration form by May 1, and pay the pre-registration fee on-site in cash or with travelers check.
Registration Cancellation Policy
No registration refunds will be permitted if registrants fail to cancel by Tuesday, May 12. Cancellations must be addressed to Saralyn Stewart by May 12 and either emailed to stewart@physics.utexas.edu, or faxed to 512-471-6715.
